Construction at PDSG?

We stayed at the Grand January 2006. How is the construction going? It didn't look like they were doing anything while we were there.

We are scheduled to stay at the PDSG during New Years week. I've seen different msg. over the past year that talks about noise from construction. Does anyone know of construction on or near this property?
