We attended a Shell presentation in Hawaii. It seemed like all of different timeshare presentations that we attended. They are very expensive and only sell points which is the plan today. The hook after all the high power closers try to sell you only today for the great deal they only will give you if you buy at the presentation. Is finaly after they give up and know you will not purchaseing they offer you for about $1,200 a chance to save the deal they gave you for a year and a chance to use one week at one of there resorts. We did buy the week but haven't used it yet. Plan to use it in Hawaii we hope time will tell. Buy a resale much cheaper.

Resale is the best way to purchase a Time Share. Keep your eyes open and wait for the best deals. Then pass and look at the next deal, you will learn fast. the best buy, is out there. Patience... No! is still a two letter word....

We are looking at resale deals, but haven't found what we want yet. Thanks for the advice!
