Spicebush is NO longer a Marriott property

Spicebush is no longer a Marriott propery (MVCI). The Spicebush Board decided to not bring the property up to the new Marriott standards so they were dropped.

A longtime owner with MVCI on HHI

Has anybody stayed at this property recently? What are the units like?

Has anyone experienced problems since they departed from the Marriott property group? Have the units and the management become any less dependable? Anything different?
