Feedback from Owners Association?

Have any owners received feedback from the Owner's Association at all? I had to find out on this page that there will be no pool or spa available during Thanksgiving Week? and also not available the frist week of November..we had signed up for that vacation time but thankfully had not bought our plane tickets...All we have received are Sunterra Promotions and Proxy votes for another's owner's meeting...but nothing else to tell us any updates about the resort at all. Any other owners feeling left out?
