RCI contacts have told me that the owners have gotton rich selling this property and have now dumped hundreds of time share weeks on the market. The trade value - once very strong - has gone down to next to nothing. Lots of supply and no demand.

i own at this resort also all we can do is take a off season trade maybe in the future it will go back to the good trades again a mount amanzi owneriam holding on to the week for the longer term i feelit will come back again jim
