We visited Arroyo Roble last year in May. Loved it. We were wanting to go back within a month of returning home. Staff was great. Older resort but very well maintained. The grounds are great. We loved coming home after hiking and eating outside--listening to the fountain and the birds, surrounded by trees. We ended up buying a timeshare about 3 months later. Beautiful area of the country.
