cleanliness

I have read some pretty harsh reviews about the cleanliness of this facility. We had been thinking about staying there this summer, but now I am having second thoughts. Has this p;ace bee renovated or updated in any way recently? How have you foumnd the housekeeping here. Thankyou for your honest reply.

It is not a 5 star hotel it is a condimium Timeshare. The rooms are being renovated every 4 or 5 years. The rooms are cleaned on the day of exdchange when one time sharer leaves and before the new timesharer checks in that evening. That is the only cleaning of the room. if you have a 1 or 2 bedroom you get fresh towels during a midweek.

[To answer your question A Place at the Beach has gotten a whole new management group. They are wonderful. They came in at the end of January this year and are in the process of completely redoing everything. They are getting all new livingroom furniture, new carpet, painting inside and outside condos, and more.
