Fairfield Westwinds North Myrtle Beach

Will be arriving in North MB next week into this Fairfield resort. Wanted Ocean Blvd condo which is newer. Does anyone know how the Westwinds compares to Fairfield Ocean Blvd? I can not get a response from Fairfield regarding my concerns.
