Generally, deeded is to Mexican citizens only. Right to use means you can use it until it is sold. The property is held in trust since non-Mexican citizens cannot own property that is s certain distance from the beachfront. When the property is sold at the end of the trust, the current owner will receive their invested monies back plus 50% of the profits (if any)
