Disney's Old Key West Resort

Old Key west Size?

I keep seeing rentals that sleep four In all Disney room listings. Are these for studio or one bedrooms. I have stayed at OKW in the past and we had 5 in a one bedroom. I believe anything more then a party of 5 has to go in a two bedroom.
