We will staying one week at this place in mid-August and have been concerned by the negative reviews, including those on tripadvisor.com. I read that this place has about 290 units but only 98 are timeshare units. Moreover, that there are several management groups running all these units. Therefore, when someone says it is under new management, are they refering to the timeshare or rental units? Has anyone stayed in a timeshare unit at this place recently? Any comments? To be honest this place has been slammed on tripadvisor.com.
