Scam re Hotel Bel Air/ Mr Greg Meltoný

We were sold by a Mr Greg Melton (known as Rojo), he even put us on to a rental agency Elizabeth at Resorts International, we paid a registration fee however to date have not gotten any rental options.

Let me understand this: You sent him money to rent your time. You never received any money from him and you then sent more money for more time. You still didn't receive money from him and you sent more money for lodging and airline tickets. You still did not receive any money from him. You sent more money because you felt sorry for him. Is this correct?
