what will happen to the owners of timeshares when the lease for the land is up in 2020?

The Board is looking into purchasing the land. While this is not guarenteed we suspect it will happen. At that point their ownership can extend beyond the lease exparation date.

I would look into selling to the land owners at a bulk rate, and phase out timeshare for a condo option.
