Recent Contract Says Vacation Fair week not transferrable

I recently purchased a 2 bedroom grand master suite and it states that the vacation fair (vf) week is not transferable to new owners upon sale. I see adds where people are selling their units and including the bonus vacation fair weeks. Did older contracts allow for the transfer of the bonus vacation fair weeks?
