What is the RCI rating now?

Hello: Anyone have a layout of the units in phase II and phase III? Which units have the better view? Plan on going sometime in september.

The 2008 RCI Directory indicates it is RCI Hospitality Award. When I bought in the early '90's it was Gold Crown.

You should be able to obtain by calling the Pahio reservations line - they can fax or mail it to you.

I own in Phase 3 and prefer overlooking the golf course, so that would be Units 28, 29, 30, 32 or 36(my favorite).

Has anyone stayed there in the last twelve months? I'd like to know if any renovating has taken place such as furniture and carpeting?
