Does anyone know anyone that got their money from, there certicates after your 15 yrs of ownership. or was that a dream from tiano too?

I too was disillusioned by the cert. I was to receive $17,000.00 back but after MUCH run around have been notified that I will not be receiving anything. would like to talk to you more abt. this.
