Does anyone own a timeshare at the Paradisius Playa Conchal in Costa Rica:Problems

I would like to find people who own timeshares at PPC in Costa Rica. We purchased the one year they were selling in 1999/2000? WE own a 1 bedroom (two connecting rooms) unit and we have been having an increasingly difficult time each year gaining access to a unit, anytime of the year. Just returned several weeks ago and found out that they have decreased the inventory so that there is now only 1, 1 bedroom unit available for timeshare owners. Has anyone had any experience with this resort as a timeshare owner directly at the resort, not at the other timeshares there?
