SANDS OCEAN CLUB

Upon reading all the reviews I could get my hands on (heading there on an exchange in Feb/2009),I was very disappointed to find 90% of them to be very negative.Now I know you will get bad reviews ,you can't please everyone and some people you can't please at all however this was one review after another regarding the poor unit conditions,poor housekeeping.Good Lord it sounds like a dump.Anyone out there shed any more light on this place.Is it really that dirty and miss managed ?

I am going here in Feb. What was your view on this timeshare resort.?
