Last year, I rented from someone and used an Escros Payment with your bank.

I want to return this summer for 4 weeks, but the rentor is requesting payment in full from PayPal and wont tell me the unit number until 1 or 2 weeks before.

Does this sound right? Correct? Appropriate?
