Redweek Cabo Villas or Cabo Villas beach resort?

Hi, pretty new here. Can't find any discussion on this in a search. Under timeshares for rent, it seems like the same resort is listed twice. They are under Cabo Villas and Cabo villas beach resort. The pictures look like the same resort!

From the information we have, Cabo Villas Beach resort is the brand new "Phase 2" addition to the Cabo Villas resort in Cabo San Lucas. The differences must be significant enough that we have them posted separately on RedWeek.com.
