I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT TIMESHARES HAVE BEEN SOLD ON YOUR SITE, AND HOW MUCH THEY WENT FOR. IS THIS INFORMATION AVAILABLE?

It’s been about 20 years, but I successfully sold my San Clemente Cove week for $4500. I sold my So Cal Beachclub week for $4800 and my Seapoinnte week for $5400 in 2011.

We rented Marriott Aruba in 2023 for the 2024 season. It was very smooth. Something we didn't know was you don't get your payment until the guests check in. Two business days after check-in you can choose payment via check to print for mobile deposit or print and take to bank, they can mail it or you can direct deposit it. I think it was very easy.

Communication with Redweek seems impossible now. We always has very best business participants in the Redweek. How do we get this back

Time to exit Redweek. Find some other way to rent your timeshare. They have proceeded to change every single feature of their rental process giving the owners NO choice to do anything on their own. I can't even copy an expired post to even see what my options are. Then they up and up fees charged to owner while raising the fee to renter to more than 9.5%. What a scam. Thanks Redweek for not paying any attention to the components that worked for years. Keep in mind, there is so many errors they posted for years in the Marriott Maui Ocean Club listings. The only way they ever got there tax per night charges updated was when I would email them the information that was years outdated with the new tax rate. Listing bathrooms in fixed buildings as "unknown" (only Maui wing has 1 bathroom for a 1 bedroom, all others have 2b/ 2b in original towers.). Then making us list Villa unit rentals for Lahaina and Napili towers separately (actual separate listing sites) when they would post verified listings as the tower was "unknown"?!!! So so many errors including how they totally supported the renter with refunds and NOT the owner when the pandemic hit and no one could get in touch with Redweek to see if they should cancel their rented weeks. This was the number one reason I would never let them completely handle my rentals. So so many errors and now they completely ruined a good thing for owners and renters in lieu of more profits for REDWEEK. Show them your dislike by exiting the platform.

Have you found a better site to use yet?

I am in need of assistance with regard to where and what time of year is the best time to use "points" /book properties that would get the most rental income with Redweek. Since I can book worldwide, I am just trying to find where and when would be the best to have successful return and rental income. Thank you

To post your timeshare for sale simply select "Post Your Timeshare" from the top of any page, choose either "Rent My Timeshare" or "Sell My Timeshare", and enter your point system or resort name to get started. Also on the main page if you choose the "How It Works" tab, you have options for Redweek FAQs and More Help & articles. There is a lot of information within these areas to help.

I have rented our two weeks of our Maui vacation rental successfully three years in a row now. Happy with the results. But this year, my funds have not been deposited and are a week overdue. This is inexcusable.

Currently have Tahiti Village listed to rent, since July 2025. I am still waiting on the first offer.

I have dropped the price to 2400 for a wk in the largest suit available.

30 days to go.

Come on Redweek.

It's not up to RedWeek. RedWeek has done its part by listing it after you paid your listing fee.

I don’t know anything at all about Tahiti Village or about your particular listing, but you cannot justifiably blame your chosen advertising site for a lack of interest in your listing. Seasonal demand is always a factor at any given location and travel recently is down overall. Does the resort resort rent direct for a comparable price? Is your rental realistically priced? Who knows why there is apparently little or no interest in your particular listing, but it’s certainly not RedWeek’s fault. There are few (if any) sites offering more exposure to timeshare listings than RedWeek. Nonetheless, good luck.
