Not sure this is the right forum and have emailed Redweek but no answer yet and am quite anxious as the exchange I want to get might disappear if I do't grab it now.
1. is there a redweek phone# to talk to somebody - can't find it on site
2. if my Redweek points are expiring, can they be extended for a few weeks? I finally found an exchange and I actullay tried to reserve - the system doesn't stop me even if the start date is beyond the expiration date of my points and my membership. I got as far as the page where you have to pay . Wonder if it would have stopped me at that point.
