Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

New Online Community Devoted to Timeshare Resale Scams.

Sep 09, 2010

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know that we have opened up a new online community (like facebook). The website is dedicated to discussing Scandalous Timeshare Resale Companies. I personally have been lied and cheated numerous times and wanted a place where people can go to tell others about their experiences. In developing this site I actually was hired and worked in one of these resale “zoos” for a week in Ormond Beach, Florida. It was by far the most corrupt and dismal employment of my life. However, it proved to me the importance of developing a central place where people can go and tell their story and where others may learn from the mistakes of others.

Take a moment of your time and sign up for the site. Yes, it’s free and I hope that you will become an active member of the community as it grows. If you are interested I’m looking for someone who would like to handle (admin) of the website. Check it out at: http://www.travelnationlive.com and look forward to talking with you in the future.

Thanks again, Nick H.

Hi, It truly is a dismal business in many ways. Yet, I still throw my money at these people. What is wrong with me and many of us? The expression "throwing good money after bad.." comes to mind! So very tired of being taken advantage of and taken advantage of again in order to feel like I wasn't in the first place! Let's do something about this!

With all due respect, what you (and anyone and everyone else) CAN do is to simply STOP choosing to voluntarily give your hard earned money away to these types of thieving parasites --- again and again. Web sites and their chat groups and Internet gripe sessions are NOT the answer --- but smarter and much more cautious personal financial decisions most certainly WILL do the trick.

As has been said, "Fool me once, shame on you --- fool me TWICE, shame on ME!" It has also been said that one definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, yet somehow expecting to achieve a different result...

What you can do is report this to the state's Attorney-General.

It has been my experience that attorney generals do not do anything to help. They simply file your information

This information was included in this website from another member--but can't be provided enough--

http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/

721.20Licensing requirements; suspension or revocation of license; exceptions to applicability; collection of advance fees for listings unlawful.

Read this statutes to see if it will help you in getting back any upfront fees you have paid to fraudulent resale companies
