What rating should I believe?

It is strange that many rated the resort 1 or 2 stars and then the latest is 4 stars. Can it be that much different ? I read so many people can make it their "profession" and write resort review for a living. I wonder the 4 stars rating is from .....?

the resort itself is nice the buildings are structurely secure and the amenities are nice but the problem is not that. It is the fast rising costs of dues and maintenance which urks the owners please understand that. The resort is a 5 start the maintenance fees knock off 3 starts. Got it?
