Why do you say that it is closed and bankrupt? We are timeshare owners here and paid our maintenace fee in January. We are also condo owners in the other building and have permanent residence staying there right know.

I am another owner that paid dues in January and now find out Interval no longer will exchange with them. What do I do?

What is going on. We have been going every Jan. Last year they sent us to another resort. Went to see Misiones, no pool water, front desk said basically closed down. Just got dues bill but no where to book my room.

You must not be in the building closest to down town. Its dead, no water in the pool. telling us to go elsewhere
