Can I view past sales on redweek?

Feb 06, 2012

I am a new member here, and I was wondering if I can view past sales on Redweek. It would be helpful for pricing my timeshares to see the past sales prices and so on. Thanks!

Look for the particular timeshare (make sure you have logged in). Then look at the units for sale. Some listed there will show that they have been sold as well as the price it listed for.

Realize, though, that those are what they listed for. The actual selling price may have been negotiated much lower.

Also, if you see that resort has a many units listed for sale and some are listed for say $300 or less, that's likely an indication that your timeshare has little to no resale value and you may have to settle for just giving it away.
