LifeStyle -worst in customer service

For a great vacation, avoid Lifestyle resort in Porta Plata Dominican Republic. Their rules dont make sense, are not applied uniformly. The food is horrible. Mostly hot dog, hamburgers or dry chicken at the buffets. You need reservation for the decent restaurants. Our customer service representative made reservations and when we arrived, we were told that we had no reservation. When we tried to locate our friends who were staying in the villas, we were told that they were not checked into the resort. We all arrived together so we knew this was not true. Overall, a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. Severalother guests were complaining of similarly poor experience.
