Closed on a unit in March after 9 months. They actually transferred the unit without the yearly maintenance fee's being paid. Then they send me a bill to pay the yearly fees our risk losing my unit. What a joke. I have bought over 30 timeshares throughout the years and never has one transferred without the fees being current.
