Timeshare Liquidators?

Dealing with Timeshare Liquidators re a unit advertised for sale on Red Week. Anyone have any experience with them? They don't use Red Week full service, use their own escrow company. Anyone have experience or things to be looking for?

Insist that they use another escrow company that you choose. If they refuse to do that then they are a SCAM company.

I I am in the middle of buying Hawaiian collection timeshare, DRI is taking 3 months to close this. Still a month to go, is there a way to cancel the point deeds now? Thanks Scott

Have you signed a contract .... if so, what does your contract state?

My contract with the escrow company through ebay, it did stated it will take 2-3 months by Diamond. But I want to out of it. Diamond still not approving it.
