Internet Access

Wifi has been available throughout the Royal Sands, including the villas, for a few years. During our stay in October 2013, the wifi signal was significantly weaker in our unit in Phase I overlooking the pool and totally unavailable in our beachfront unit in Phase II. RS is now offering a "premium" upgrade for a fee. It appears that the original wifi signal was deliberately downgraded to drive owners to purchase the upgrade. This is not the quality of service I expect from the Royal Resorts.
