RCI

I have two weeks per year and I have been banking 2 weeks and coming down for a month every other year. I was just told by Sunset Beach that I am suppose to now bank my 2 weeks with RCI and go through them to use my banked weeks. So how do I go about banking my two weeks with RCI?
