New to renting - Kaanapali Beach Club

Hi I'm new to Redweek and am considering posting my floating week at the Kaanapali Beach Club.

Are there any owners of this resort that can give me advice/tips/tricks when dealing with the resort? Have you had good luck renting your week(s)?
