Marriott's Oceana Palms

What is the order of the best buildings at Oceana Palms?

Hi, we understand the Sunrise building is highly desired but will be under construction fall 2015. Is it worth staying in this building with noise of construction? What is the order of the other buildings (and names) with good views that are desireable. (N/S/E/W ?) What do these views overlook??
