Does Anyone Have Experiences With Blue Mountain Resorts?

They are the new management for Park City Lift Lodge Timeshares. I used their services to to rent out my 3rd week in January 2016. They tell me the check is in the mail. This has been going on since the end of February. Can't talk to anyone at Blue Mountain that can explain why the successive delays. My only contact there claims all checks are cut by a independent service company.
