Multiple Wyndham accounts renewal dates

I have 2 Wyndham Points accounts that renew January 1st of each year. If I buy another account that renews in July, will that account have a January renewal or a July renewal? Thanks!

After market purchases, I don’t think so. New from Wyndham, they will adjust it.
