Can anniversary date be changed?

Just want to add MVC points but not many with April anniversary date. Anyone know if this can be adjusted.

I don't think so you would just have X points with one anniversary date and y points with the other anniversary date. If you are purchasing points directly from Marriott you can probably negotiate the anniversary date of the points you are purchasing but I'm still not sure you could adjust your current anniversary date.
