Full Service plan for a State not covered by Escrow Agent

I have two time shares to sell at Hilton Head Island in So Carolina. The escrow agent you use, First American Title, advises they dont handle SC transactions. What would we do now then? Still "full service"? do you provide another Escrow company to handle the closing? thanks in advance
