My question is, I see timeshares for sale in the resort I want to buy, is the cost I see all ??? Or is there costs of closing the deal ??

Leslie: Typically the buyer pays the closing costs and transfer fees. You will need to contact the owner or agent of the posting directly to see what those estimated costs would be.
