How does club membership work (day use and bonus time) for resale that is not through the developer? I've heard that the membership is now transferrable but I've also heard there may be restrictions such as the new buyer could not have previously toured GTL.
Victoria E, I know this followup is a couple of years after your reply in 2022. Are you sure the membership benefits for Grand Timber transfer on resale? I am referring to 'day use' and 'bonus time' as referenced in the original question. I am an owner thinking of selling and of course membership benefits would be a great add for a Colorado user.
