Are there any additional fees that need to paid to the hotel? (i.e. tax), If so, do you know how much?

If we are aware of any additional fees the resort charges, that information is included on the posting page for every rental at the resort. Currently the information we have included on the postings for Hyatt Coconut Plantation states: "One-time cleaning fee of $60 due at check-in."

If the timeshare is booked using HRC points, there is no additional fee for reservations of one week. A shorter stay will incur a $39 split week charge.
