if you rent a timeshare unit do you have to purchase an all inclusive and if yes how much is it?

If you really want to self-cater, the kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to do so, but in my opinion you're much better taking advantage of the all-inclusive rate. Yes, it is possible to pay for food as you go, but that's an expensive way to do it and it's a lot cheaper (and a whole lot easier) to take advantage of the AI.
