According to the resort website there is valet parking only with in/out privileges for $48 daily.

Valet has sublet a number of parking spaces at a nearby garage and also has a limited number of parking spaces at the Custom House. It is valet parking only at $48 a night. As an alternative, we leave our car at one of the subway “T” parking garages located on the edges of Boston….generally for less that $10 a day. Then take the “T” back to the “blue line” stop directly in front of the Custom House. The “T” currently has an unlimited weekly pass available for $22.
