Legal fees and other cost involved when buying a deeded week on resale market

After using RedWeek to rent units at Desert Springs villas in P Desert, we are now looking to purchase deeded week in White season on resale market. Searched intensively for all costs involved and still not sure of what to expect. We will use RedWeek's legal services.

Anyone out there used RedWeek to purchase a week on resale market? What other fees are involved beside the cost of the timeshare?
