closing costs and transfer fees

I am the seller of 2 timeshares at Westin Kaanapali, Weeks 17 and 39/148,100 StarOptions per unit. Can you provide a quote for the seller's closing costs for these transactions, assuming the buyer will cover the recording/title insurance fees? Also, what are the transfer fees for each? You would have to contact the resort regarding what the transfer fees are.
