    Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Chetola Resort is a place for quiet relaxation but with the added appeal of many attractions for the active vacationer. At the resort, you'll find a lake where you can enjoy paddleboating and trout fishing. Also, you can enjoy the resort's five tennis courts, plus an indoor recreation center that houses a pool, whirlpool, sauna, racquetball courts, and an exercise area. Enjoy 26 miles of hiking trails adjacent to the resort. An estate building that dates back to the late 1800's has been restored and now serves as a gourmet restaurant.
