Ground-level, no stairs, fully equipped apartment, 2 bedrooms + sofa bed (sleep 4 – 6), 2 bathrooms (towels, etc.), central AC, WiFi, DVD, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils & plates & pans, dishwasher, jacuzzi, TVs in each room, phone security for instant need of primary facility.

Resort amenities: Swimming pools (2 outdoors, 2 indoors) kids’ video/game room, miniature golf, basketball, beach volleyball, tennis courts, picnic areas & grills, movie theatre, card games/chess, shuffleboard, guards drive the complex continuously, maintenance, poolside BBQ, karaoke.

Berkshires amenities: Lee Prime Outlets (dozens of the best name-brands), grocery, fishing, small beach, 4-miles from ways to nearest towns, places of worship, fine & relaxed dining, hiking in state parks, golf courses, winter skiing
