Per the owner: See the world and basecamp in Vail Valley! I purchased this 2-bedroom timeshare in Vail Valley over 15 years ago and I’ve subsequently vacationed there frequently and traveled the world by exchanging it through Interval International. I initially came to know this resort through a gifted timeshare week. I loved my stay as Falcon Point offers immediate access to ALL of Vail Valley’s outdoor activities, large upgraded units, several pools, hot tub, sauna, game room, workout facility, grills, a peaceful lake and professional staff.

While there, I met a woman who owned several timeshare weeks. She shared that Falcon Point timeshares trade exceptionally well worldwide since they’re in Vail Valley, one of the top 10 timeshare exchange markets in the world. She also suggested I buy a 2- or 3-bedroom Falcon Point unit as they’re quite large and desirable. At her encouragement, I bought this week. While I’ve stayed at my timeshare multiple times, I’ve traded it often as it trades exceptionally well internationally. I’ve traded it for a 3-bedroom Mariott townhouse just outside Paris France, a 2-bedroom timeshare in the Cayman Islands, a 3-bedroom Mariott timeshare in Marbella Spain, a lake cabin in Finland, a 1-bedroom timeshare in Abruzzo Italy, and more!

I’m selling it because I’m at an age where it’s best for me to travel closer to home or enjoy staycations. I’m pricing it to sell, so I don’t have to deal with the logistics of renting it out. It’s an incredible find and you get my 2025 timeshare week too (dues paid) if you purchase it by end of summer 2024. You’ll discover that the resort is well managed and the staff welcomes you year-end with special owner discounts for additional stays at member rack rates (i.e. up to 50% off market rates). I’ve only paid my membership dues and have never been charged an assessment.

Grill up something to eat with the onsite barbecue grills, while covered parking, ski lockers and boot dryers offer excellent convenience. All units include upscale, fully- furnished kitchens, seating/living areas and iPod alarm clocks/docking stations.
