We have owned timeshares in 5 locations - this has always been our favorite!

Unobstructed ocean views from the living room, main bedroom & covered balcony! To get to the beach - you step outside the front lobby and walk across the street and you are there. A wide paved ramp takes you down to the sand - easy for walking, pushing strollers etc.

This unit is on the 3rd floor (top floor) and is VERY large. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has it's own private bath and huge closet.

Full kitchen with every thing you will need to cook. The unit has it's own washer & dryer!

The facility is lovely - with a great pool and two in-ground spas (one for kids and one for adults). Rec room has pool table & ping pong. Also beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, books, movies and games you can check out for free.

Secure parking for at least one car (you can request another spot). Beach towels are provided.

The location is perfect beach lovers who want to walk along the beach, swim or just read. Lots to do nearby. There is a very nice restaurant/bar on the lower floor of the resort (Dini's) and within 1-4 blocks MANY more places to eat, have cocktails and listen to music, shop for beach attire or other things etc.

Our favorite breakfast place is one block away - Cafe Elysa - eat outside in front of the fire pits! Our favorite outdoor dinner place is Fish Harbor (one block away also) - best fish & chips and cold beer in the bottle!

Lots of local places for sight seeing: LegoLand; The Flower Fields; San Diego Zoo; San Diego Wild Animal Park; Sea World; and so much more.

Our favorite thing to do besides sitting on the beach and reading is sitting on the covered balcony - enjoying the views and smells of the ocean air...just lovely and relaxing. You can also play beach volley ball or build a sand castle!

The staff at this resort is very professional and helpful.
