Per the Owner: Nice place to settle with family enjoying all facilities of Marriott villas 1 (Condo much more bigger than Villas 2) Right on Desert Springs Golf Club, many quiet pools close to your villa, BBQ and Fire place. There is also a huge pool with activities at the Water's Edge where movies are played once a week, you can order food and beverage. Many activities for your children, and a gym for the parents. Nice early morning walk around the Resort with flamingos, hummingbirds, just a few step to JW Marriott.

Marriott Vacation Club

Marriott, a world-renowned hotelier, entered into the timeshare business in 1984. Through their timeshare division, called Marriott Vacation Club International, they have developed exquisite timeshare properties in the most sought-after destinations around the world. In 2010, Marriott introduced Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, a timeshare points system.
