Intermittent concrete restoration project underway on resort towers and villas through early 2026. Amenities are not expected to be impacted.All units face the ocean/gulf. Lower level units may have obstructed views.Parking is complimentary for the first vehicle, and a fee of $12.50 per day applies for additional vehicles.Eagle's Nest is located about midway on the beautiful 4 mile beach of Marco Island (next to JW Marriott) and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, convenience store, movie theater and mini golf.
Our villa unit is beachfront and closest to the beach, sleeps 4 and has elevator access. Units were renovated in 2022 with new furniture, kitchen appliances, wall art, light fixtures and larger TV’s. In 2025 washers/dryers, mattresses and lanai furniture were replaced. There is cable/hi-speed Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. It is one bedroom with king size bed and TV, 2 full baths, living room with TV and pull out sofa bed, (roll away beds are also available), dining area and fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer/dryer. French doors in the living room open to a spacious screened lanai with a view of the beach and beautiful sunsets. Complimentary parking for one car per unit.
It is located on the first floor (not ground level) in one of the two villa buildings which from the lanai is a flight of stairs down to the pool and boardwalk to the gorgeous white sand beach and ocean.
Amenities include the beautiful pool/patio where there are palm trees and lush tropical plantings, pool food bar and 2 whirlpool spas. The heated pool is a unique 1700 square foot design that features two shallow ends and plenty of private spots for guests. There are also several outside grills, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court, indoor racquetball room, ping pong, fitness center, pool bar, video arcade, and supervised children's recreation programs.
